We make great attempts at conveying any "Out of Stock" item as being Out of Stock to our consumer, however, we sometimes miss an item or two. If this occurs and you order one of these products, we will notify you immediately and give you some options. One option is to select a different product or color, another would be to cancel that item and receive a refund and the last option is to place the item on Back Order. Back Orders are the result of manufacturer delays due to material availability or peak production times such as the holiday season. The wait time on Back Orders fluctuates greatly. We will notify you of any known significant delays and/or problems with fulfilling your order.
Finished sizes for products are based on the information provided by our manufacturers. Sizes may vary depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing. Wear it Naturally and the manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material after purchase. Please read and adhere to all product care instructions.
Returns & Exchanges
We cannot accept items that have been washed, worn, or soiled in anyway for return or exchange. Clothing and footwear items in new, original, resalable condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.Please include a note with your name, phone number, and email address and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (please include size/style/color of the items you want in exchange). Please allow atleast 2 weeks for processing of your returns from date of receipt at our warehouse.If you would like to have your exchange products sooner, we recommend that you place a new order online or on the phone and return your original items to us for a refund.We are here to make sure you get the products that fit and whose quality you are happy with. Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt. We will replace defective items at our expense. If, upon examination, products are proved not to be defective, you will be charged applicable shipping or restocking fees.
